Q. What to expect after I made payment and the email sent to me “My order has been completed”?

A. There’s nothing you need to do, just be sure that your appointment date will be 3 days later and a day before your appointment date, a reminder will be sent to you.

Q. I got a reminder for my appointment tomorrow, do I have to bring any proof of my order for my appointment?

A. No, not necessarily if you made the booking order on your mobile phone, the receipt of the order is in your email registered on your phone. You can just show it to any of our staff if ask for verification should there be a need to. Or alternatively, you have the Your Appointment Access Panel (YAAP) accessed which you can show it to our staff during your visit for your appointment.

Q. Can I bring someone along with me for the appointment?

A. Please refrain from bringing anyone who is not engaging in any treatment for your appointment as we strictly follow the COVID-19 protocol over at our premises. Any person accompanies you will be asked to wait outside. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. I can’t make it for my appointment.

A. We are regret to inform you that the cancellation of appointment booking can only be made 1 day before the appointment date. If you cannot make it at the last minute and/or you did not inform us (no show), the booked time will be considered to be utilized and no refund will be made to you.

But if you did inform in the last minute before the appointment, a refund can be arranged but there will be a 10% charge to the cancellation fee. The refund duration will take from 3 to 7 working days.

Q. I don’t have a face mask when I reach your premises. How? Can I still enter?

A. We regret to inform you that due to the pandemic of COVID-19, all masks must be worn when anyone enters our premises. And we emphasized on proper wearing of face mask during your visit here as there might be other customers who are also doing treatment here.

We hope that all customers feel safe when doing treatment at our place. If you really don’t have a face mask, we do sell over the counter so that you will be able to enter for your treatment.

Q. Do i actually have to use hand sanitizer, do I wash my hands?

A. Yes, we hope this will make a good practice for hygiene habits for not only yourself but the people in contact with you during the treatment.

Our staff are taught to wash their hands before and/or after treatment or as and when it is needed.

Q. I have finished my appointment, what should I do? Do I have to make any payment for the appointment booking?

A. After you have completed your treatment, you don’t have to pay any more as you have already paid when you made the appointment booking earlier on. Unless you have some add-ons during your treatment here, then you have to make payment for it at our counter.
