Le Bliss Online Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://store.lebliss.net (“the Site”) operated by Le Bliss (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://store.lebliss.net.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours prior notice must be given for cancellations of all salon treatment appointments, or a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount may apply.

No money will be refunded if :-
1. You did not cancel the appointment within the window frame of 24 hrs in the “Your Appointment Access Panel” and during the time of booking, you did not show up or call.

2. The time of your treatment, we tried to call you but your phone is inactive and you did not show up. The time of your treatment will be considered utilized and used when the time of the appointment ends.


Arrival Time

In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom, or choose from the vast range of colours available. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.


Group Bookings

The person who booked on behalf of their friends has to make sure that they will be present for the appointment booking, if one of them did not turn up,  there will be no refund as the appointment has been made and the appointment slot will be utilized as per normal.


Nail Aftercare Service

in an event you chip your nails within 7 days after lacquering (2 days for normal polish & 7 days for gel polish). Please call us and re-arrange for a make good session of your polish (No changing of colors is allowed).


Refunds

All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund. The order made pass through our stringent check and ensure that all orders that leave our hands are in good condition.

Appointment booking refund should there be any, will take 3 – 7 working days to be processed and have a 10% cancellation fee imposed.


Promotions

Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.
Le Bliss Nail Salon reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.


This Is A Professional Business Establishment

If a service provider feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately. Customers who come with an agenda or motive whether towards the business or manicurist will be rejected without any valid reasons given.


The Right to Refuse Treatments

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards Le Bliss Nail Salon staff will not be tolerated.

Le Bliss Nail Salon reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.​


Lost Property

We ask clients to look after their property while at Le Bliss Nail Salon as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended.


Privacy

Rest assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organizations and we abide by the principles of International data protection legislation.
